The Practice Space
​
A separate 24ft × 24ft building provides two floors of flexible retreat space, fully independent from the guest accommodation. Suitable for yoga, meditation, breathwork, workshops, ceremonies, sound healing, movement practices and private treatment rooms. The separation creates a dedicated environment for practice, reflection and transformation.

The Setting
​
Serra da Estrela is the highest mountain range in mainland Portugal and a UNESCO Global Geopark. The landscape is defined by vast granite formations, glacial valleys, crystal-clear rivers and quartz-rich rock formations unlike anywhere else in Europe. Visitors regularly encounter crystal-bearing rock while walking in the mountains — creating an atmosphere that naturally encourages slowing down, reconnecting and stepping away from the distractions of modern life.
